Professional Cookery Competitions play a vital role in culinary arts as they continually raise the standards of culinary excellence. There is no better way for a culinarian to hone their craft than by putting their skills and knowledge to the test in a competitive format.
With this in mind, the Panel of Chefs of Ireland Ltd. will host Chef Ireland 2018, in the Citywest Conference and Event Centre, Dublin, at the Food & Bev Live 2018 exhibition, on the 6th and 7th of February 2018. Following the huge success of Chef Ireland 2016, we hope that you will compete again, or for the first time, at Chef Ireland next February.
