​Food & Bev Live 2018 will play host to the Chef Ireland Culinary Competition. The most talent Junior and Senior chefs from across Ireland each will compete in their respective categories in the hope of being awarded the Junior/ Senior Chef of the Year.  
Contract Caterer’s Culinary Challenge

The inaugural Contract Caterers Culinary Challenge was staged at CATEX 2015 and it's key objective was to showcase excellence within the contract catering sector. Following on from the success of the inaugural competition, the 4th annual challenge will take place at Food & Bev Live 2018.
