As with most food service businesses in Ireland we have been challenged by the shortage of chefs over the past few years. Excel specialize in bringing Non-EEA Chefs into the country - in our case, visiting Korea to interview candidates and managing the full visa application process. We now have an excellent chef in our business who started last November and due to the success are now in the process of bringing 3 more.
